By providing our customers with an option to take up shipping insurance, our customers would have been advised that shipping insurance is available to them readily. And should their orders go missing due to unforeseen circumstances, this is your option to take up shipping insurance.

Insuring Your Shipment While Declaring it at Low Value:

We are pleased to announce that you can now purchase shipping insurance while declaring low value for all shipment, thus minimizing the custom/import duty on your shipments. Please refer below for details:
You can purchase the full shipping insurance at 2.5% while declaring the amount at any value. In case of lost shipment, you can claim for the full value as per the amount insured. The shipping insurance option is available on all products option when you place the order on our website.
We no longer offer import tax insurance for all region, thus by ordering shipping insurance while declaring it at low value, this will be a form of tax insurance which you can minimise on custom/import duty while securing your shipment. This would be most beneficial for shipment to EU or any other countries which you need to pay high import duty as well as any bulk shipment that is of high value.
Countries that is covered under our shipping insurance include Australia, NZ, US, UK, Europe, India & China. We reserve the rights to reject the shipping insurance for selected high risk countries such as Africa, Indonesia and etc as it is subject to the approval of insurance company on each order basis. In case of rejection by the insurance company, we will notify you via email and refund you the shipping insurance amount accordingly.
What does Shipping Insurance Covers?
Shipping Insurance will only cover the product cost in the event of lost shipment, it does not include shipping, warranty, tax, shipping insurance portion. For eg, the total value of the product cost is US$180 at the time of your order, we will only refund you US$180 if you have ordered shipping insurance from us. For those buyer that do not order shipping insurance, we will refund US$100 if the shipment is sent via fedex. There will be no compensation for shipment sent via EMS if you did not order shipping insurance.
How to Claim Shipping Insurance in the Event of Lost Shipment?
As a buyer, you are responsible to track all shipment on your end. When you have found that the shipment has not arrived at yours’ address within 3-4 days, you need to advise us to contact fedex immediately to initiate an investigation. In addition, please contact us (email: firstname.lastname@example.org) as soon as possible so that we could inform our local fedex as well. We will refund you the lost shipment when fedex has confirmed the shipment is lost in transit by way of cash refund or credit for your future order.
How fast will the refund be made or credited to Buyers’ Account?
The claim process will take at least 2 weeks as fedex will require 2 weeks to investigate the matter thoroughly. They will conduct thorough search on the respective fedex shipping office in the event of lost.
How Do I Use the Credit from Lost Shipment for my future order?
Once you have received our email confirmation that you are entitled to received a refund for your lost shipment, you can either request for a reshipment by topping up the difference or use the credit for your future order. Please enter the credit value on the order note when you placed new order using the credit from the lost shipment.
